Please read these terms carefully before using the FlowIQ platform by TaxLegit Consulting Private Limited.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the FlowIQ software platform (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. This agreement is entered into between TaxLegit Consulting Private Limited (the "Company", "we", "us", or "our") and the entity or individual accessing the Service (the "User", "you", or "your").
If you do not agree to these Terms, you must discontinue use of the Service immediately.
2. Scope of AI Service
- Purpose: The Service utilizes artificial intelligence to assist organizations in documenting, managing, and generating Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), Risk Control Matrices (RCMs), execution checklists, and process workflows across business departments.
- Human Verification & Not Professional Advice: AI-generated outputs serve as structured initial drafts and assistive documentation. The Service does not constitute formal statutory audit opinions or legal advice. The User remains responsible for reviewing, verifying, and approving all documentation for operational accuracy and regulatory compliance.
3. User Responsibilities
- Data Accuracy: Users are responsible for providing accurate company context, process descriptions, and reference documentation for the AI to process.
- Internal Review & Approval: It is the User's responsibility to review generated SOPs, control mappings, and risk assessments before implementing them in operations or submitting them to auditors.
4. Intellectual Property & Content Ownership
- Company Ownership: The Service, including all platform software, algorithms, workflows, user interfaces, documentation, trademarks, and design systems, remains the exclusive property of TaxLegit Consulting Private Limited.
- User Content & Generated Artifacts: Users retain full ownership rights to all uploaded company data and all finalized generated artifacts (SOPs, RCMs, and export files). TaxLegit does not claim ownership over your documents and does not use your confidential company context to train public machine learning models.
5. Limitation of Liability
The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
TaxLegit shall not be liable for any operational disruptions, audit findings, or regulatory penalties resulting from the use or implementation of generated outputs. Final adoption of AI-generated content is at the User's own discretion and risk.
