This policy explains the subscription and credit billing terms, refund eligibility, and cancellation process for the FlowIQ platform by TaxLegit Consulting Private Limited.
1. Billing & Credit Terms
FlowIQ services are available through subscription plans and pay-as-you-go credit top-ups:
- Free Evaluation Credits: New accounts receive 10 complimentary AI credits upon signup to test SOP and RCM generation.
- AI Credit Top-Up Packs: One-time purchases of AI credit packs added directly to your workspace wallet balance for on-demand generation.
- Monthly Subscription: Billed every 30 days with recurring credit allowances.
- Annual Subscription: Billed every 12 months with discounted rates and dedicated credit allotments.
- Enterprise Plans: Custom billing, invoicing, and volume terms as agreed in writing.
2. Refund Eligibility
- Consumed AI Credits: Because generative AI operations incur direct computational costs, refunds are not provided for credits that have already been consumed for generated SOPs, RCMs, or section regenerations.
- Technical Failure: If a persistent technical defect prevents artifact generation or exports for more than seventy-two (72) consecutive hours and our support team cannot resolve the issue, you may request a wallet credit adjustment or a refund for the affected transaction.
- Unused Subscriptions: Cancellation stops future automatic renewals. You will retain access to your workspace and any remaining credits through the end of the current paid billing cycle.
3. Cancellation Process
Users may cancel their recurring subscription at any time using one of the following methods:
- Navigating to Account Settings > Billing > Manage Subscription
- Emailing support@taxlegit.com with your account details and cancellation request
- Sending a written notice to our registered business address
4. Payment Terms
Automatic Renewal
Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless cancelled prior to the renewal date.
Payment Methods
We accept payments via credit cards, debit cards, net banking, UPI, and other secure payment methods displayed during checkout. All payments are processed through secure, PCI-DSS compliant payment gateways.
Failed Payments
If a renewal payment fails, account features and generation capabilities may be temporarily suspended until payment is resolved.
